Coaching Disclaimer & Conduct

At Progress Life Coach, I provide professional, forward-focused coaching to support your personal growth and goals.

• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

• I provide a supportive, respectful space, and I expect the same from you.

• I reserve the right to end sessions if boundaries are crossed.

• All sessions are confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g. risk of harm).

Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• Full payment is required to secure your session.

• You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

• Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded or rescheduled. I'll always try to accommodate emergencies when I can.

• By choosing a specific session date and time, you're asking for the service to begin straight away, and agreeing that the cancellation terms above apply instead of the standard 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

Who's Responsible for Your Data

Christopher Lindeman, trading as Progress Life Coach, is the data controller for any personal information collected through this website or during coaching. That means I'm the one responsible for how it's collected, used, and protected. You can reach me at info@progresslifecoach.com with any questions or requests.

Privacy & Data Protection

I collect and store:

• Your name and contact info

• Booking and session details

• Any notes you share during coaching

• Website usage data (via cookies/analytics)

This data is used to:

• Deliver coaching services

• Contact you about sessions

• Keep accurate records.

I never sell your personal data or use it for anyone else's marketing. I keep session notes for up to 2 years after our last contact, and booking/financial records for 6 years as required by Irish law, then delete them securely. I do share the minimum necessary information with the trusted service providers below so they can help me run bookings, payments, and sessions. They only use it for that purpose, under their own privacy policies.

Payments, scheduling, and video calls involve secure third-party services (Wix, PayPal, Stripe, and Zoom), which follow their own privacy policies. Some of these providers are based outside the EU, including the US, and use approved safeguards to protect your data when it's transferred there.
