What is Coaching and Who Is It For?


Coaching is structured, forward focused support. It is not therapy and it is not advice giving. It is a space to get clear on what is holding you back, understand what you actually want, and start moving toward it. I work with adults in their 20s to 50s who feel stuck in their work, their life, or both, and who are ready to do something about it.


How Are Sessions Delivered and What Can I Expect?


All sessions are online, one hour long, and run weekly. New clients start with a free 30 minute discovery call. Each session is a focused conversation built around you and what you need that week. I ask the right questions, you do the thinking, and we work out the next step together.


What's Your Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?


Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I understand that life happens and I will always try to be flexible where I can. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be refundable.


Is Coaching Confidential and Are My Details Safe?


Yes. Everything you share stays between us. I follow professional ethical standards and your confidentiality is fully respected. Your contact details and session notes are kept securely and never shared or sold.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?


Therapy typically focuses on processing past experiences and mental health conditions. Coaching is forward focused. It is for people who are functioning well but want to make changes, gain clarity, or move in a new direction. If I ever feel that therapy would serve you better than coaching I will tell you honestly.
