I'm Christopher Lindeman, a psychologically trained coach based in Dublin.
I work with people who feel stuck. Not broken, not lost beyond repair, just stuck. In the wrong job, the wrong direction, or simply unsure of what comes next. People who are capable of more but haven't had the right support to figure out what that looks like for them.
I know what that feels like from the inside.
My Background
I hold an ACSTH Diploma in Personal, Business and Executive Coaching and an Advanced Higher Certificate in Life and Workplace Coaching, both from the Irish Life Coaching Institute, alongside a final-year BA in Psychology at the National College of Ireland. I'm a Student Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and have additional training in CBT and NLP.
Alongside running Progress Life Coach, I work as an Individual Placement and Support Employment Specialist within an HSE Primary Care Centre, where I'm part of a multidisciplinary team alongside psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, social workers, and community mental health nurses. Since 2022 I've supported over 50 clients into sustainable employment and education using evidence-based coaching, with 95% client satisfaction.
How I Work
I don't believe in generic action plans or rigid programmes. I believe in asking the right questions, listening carefully, and helping you build a clear picture of what's actually going on and what needs to change.
My approach is person centred and holistic. I coach you, not just your problem. Because when someone feels stuck in their job, there are usually layers to why, and real progress means understanding all of them.
Sessions are one hour, weekly, online. I hold you accountable to your own ideas, not mine.
I'm not here to be accountable for your ideas. I'm here to hold you accountable to them.
If you're ready to do something about it, book a free discovery call and let's talk.
