Life & Direction Coaching

christopher-lindeman-reflecting.jpg

If you're functioning, getting things done, meeting your responsibilities, but something still feels off, a decision you can't make, a version of your life that looks fine but doesn't feel like yours, that's what this is for.

This isn't about a five-year plan or having it all figured out. It's about getting honest clarity on what's actually going on, and building a realistic way forward.

This may be you if

  • You're capable and functioning, but you've lost any real sense of direction

  • You keep circling the same decision without landing on an answer

  • You set goals and mean them, but they quietly stop happening

  • Your life looks fine from the outside, but doesn't feel fine from the inside

  • You know something has to change, but you're not sure what

What this isn't

This isn't therapy, and it's not about being told what to do. I won't diagnose, treat, or process trauma, and I won't hand you a decision. What this is: a space to think clearly about what's actually going on, what you actually want, and what's realistic to do about it.

Why this, why me

christopher-lindeman-life-direction-coaching.jpg

I work as an Individual Placement and Support Employment Specialist within an HSE Primary Care Centre, alongside psychologists, psychiatrists, and mental health professionals, supporting people navigating real decisions about their work and lives. Alongside that, I hold a BA Hons in Psychology, two coaching diplomas from an ICF-accredited training provider, and I'm currently completing an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology at Dublin City University. My approach is straightforward: ask the right questions, listen carefully, and help you build a clear picture of what's actually going on.

Progress Life Coach is an independent private coaching practice and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the HSE or Christopher's employer.

How it works

  • Book a free call. Thirty minutes, no pressure, just an honest conversation about where you are.

  • Work out what's actually going on. We get past the surface version of the problem to what's really keeping you stuck.

  • Choose the right format and begin. Single session, or the full eight-week programme, whatever fits.

Sessions and pricing

There's no single fixed path here, some people just need a free conversation to figure out if coaching is the right fit. Others have one specific decision to work through and want a single focused session. And some know something bigger needs to change but haven't been able to get traction alone, that's what the eight-week programme is for. Every engagement starts the same way, with a free 30-minute discovery call.

FAQs

I don't have a specific problem, just a general feeling something's off. Is that enough to start?

Yes, that's one of the most common starting points. You don't need to name the problem precisely before we start.

Will you tell me what to do?

No. I'll help you get clear on what you actually want and what's realistic, but the decision is always yours.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching doesn't diagnose or treat, it's not clinical. It's forward-focused work on clarity, direction, and decisions, not processing the past. If what you need is clinical support, I'll say so honestly.

What if I realise partway through that I need something else?

I'll tell you honestly, and help point you toward the right kind of support.

If this sounds like where you are, a free 30-minute discovery call is the place to start. No pressure, no commitment, just an honest conversation about what's actually going on.
