ONLINE LIFE AND CAREER COACHING, IRELAND

Life and career coaching for people who feel stuck

I'm Christopher. I work with working adults who feel stuck in their career, their direction, or both. People who are still showing up, still getting things done, but keep circling the same decision without ever landing on an answer. If your work doesn't fit anymore, you've lost your sense of direction, or you keep coming back to the same choice, I'll help you work out what's really going on, decide what needs to change, and build a realistic way forward.

You already know something needs to change. You just need someone who will ask the right questions, help you work out what needs to change, and actually hold you to it.

You might recognise some of this:

  • Sunday evening brings a knot in your stomach you can't quite explain

  • You keep circling the same career decision without landing on an answer

  • You're capable, you're getting things done, but you've lost any real sense of direction

  • You set goals and mean them, but they quietly stop happening

  • You know things can't stay exactly as they are, even if you're not sure yet what needs to change

Hi, I'm Christopher.

I'm a coach with a BA Hons in Psychology from the National College of Ireland, completed over four years of evening classes while working full time, and two coaching diplomas from the Irish Life Coaching Institute, an ICF-accredited training provider. I'm currently completing an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology at Dublin City University, and I'm a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). I currently work as an Individual Placement and Support Employment Specialist within an HSE Primary Care Centre alongside psychologists, psychiatrists, and mental health professionals.

I don't believe people are stuck because something is wrong with them. I believe they're stuck because they haven't had the right support to look at things properly.

My approach is straightforward. I ask the right questions, I listen carefully, and I help you build a picture of what's actually going on and what needs to change.

Then we work on it together, one week at a time.

I'm based in Dublin and work with people online across Ireland and further afield. Take a look at how I work and what's available, or head to the blog if you want to get a better sense of how I think before committing to anything.

Progress Life Coach is an independent private coaching practice and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the HSE or Christopher's employer.
