Service Description

A free 30-minute online conversation. No preparation needed, no pressure, no obligation. We talk about what's going on for you right now, what you want to change, and whether coaching is the right fit. I ask some questions, you talk honestly, and by the end you'll have a clearer picture of where you are and what you actually need. If we're a good fit, we'll talk about next steps. If we're not, I'll tell you that honestly too.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded or rescheduled. I'll always try to accommodate emergencies when I can.
