What is Coaching & Who Is It For?
Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and achieve your personal or professional goals. It's not therapy or counseling, but it is deeply supportive and goal-driven. I work with adults at all stages of life — whether you're facing a career crossroads, struggling with confidence, or seeking purpose and direction.
How Are Sessions Delivered & What Can I Expect?
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom, offering flexibility and comfort. A standard session lasts 60 minutes, while new clients can begin with a free 30-minute discovery call. During our work together, we’ll focus on actionable goals, deep reflection, and building lasting change. My approach blends psychology, practical coaching tools, and a down-to-earth mindset.
What’s Your Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy?
Life happens! You can cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less notice may not be refunded or rescheduled. I’ll always do my best to accommodate when possible.
Is Coaching Confidential & Are My Details Safe?
Yes — everything you share in a session is confidential. I follow professional ethics to ensure your privacy is respected at all times. Your contact details and personal information are stored securely and are never shared or sold.
